CogTracker

Brain Fog vs ADHD Quiz

Use attention, working-memory, and reaction-time tasks to track the pattern of your symptoms. For an ADHD diagnosis, work with a qualified clinician.

Methodology

CogTracker uses short repeatable tasks: reaction speed, digit span, Stroop attention, and pattern matching. A single session is noisy; trend lines across repeated sessions are more useful.

For cleaner comparisons, test at the same time of day and log sleep, caffeine, stress, screen time, exercise, and hydration.

Medical safety

This is not a diagnostic tool and does not screen for dementia, ADHD, Long COVID, depression, or any neurological condition.

Seek medical care if symptoms are sudden, worsening, associated with weakness, confusion, speech changes, severe headache, fainting, or daily-life impairment.
